Delivery: 7–15 business days after shipping.

Free shipping on all US orders. We ship to the United States only.

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 
a few days to update — that's normal.

Wrong address? We can't reroute once shipped, so please check it at checkout.

Not arrived after 25 business days? Email us at birdiebath@outlook.com and we'll sort it out.

Arrived damaged? Send us a photo within 30 days for a replacement or full refund.

Duties and taxes are included in the price. Nothing extra to pay on delivery.
